Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How do I secure my booking? Please select your event package and submit request on our website or email us at mydlcstudios@gmail.com. Upon signed contract and receipt of nonrefundable deposit, event will be booked. Deposit and contract must be returned within 72 hours to secure your booking. Event bookings are first come, first served.

2. When will you arrive for setup? Our team will arrive one hour prior to your rental start time.

3. What will I need to provide on event day? The photobooth will require clear set up space, a nearby working power outlet, and wifi to operate.

4. What is your cancellation policy? All bookings require a nonrefundable 50% deposit to secure your event date and time. Cancellations and Reschedules are required at least 30 days prior to event date. Any request for a date, time, and/or location change must be submitted to mydlcstudios@gmail.com at least 30 days prior to initial event date. If there is no availability for the requested change, the remaining invoice will be voided and initial deposit will be forfeited. Failure to cancel your event 30 days prior to the event date will result in the mandatory payment of the total invoice by the due date.​

5. Do you travel? We currently service the Middle Georgia area; however, we are available for travel for an additional fee which will be listed on your invoice.

6. Do you provide props and backdrops? Yes, we can provided props and a backdrop for an additional fee. Feel free to provide your own as well.
